Linda Davies BSc(Hons) has 18 years experience as a practitioner in the field of Domestic Abuse. Currently focuses on front line worker training and community awareness raising. Projects include a wide range of organisations across the private, statutory, voluntary and community sector ranging from policy development, coordination, design and provision of practitioner training. Linda specialises in the training, assessment and accreditation of front-line staff to offer the multi agency Gateway Programme Facilitator Training for those experiencing controlling/abusive relationships.
Sheila Brookes BA(Hons) has over 25 years experience working in a variety of roles in the field of domestic abuse. She has devised and delivered training and lectures in a range of workshop and conference settings, both nationally and locally. She has managed awarding winning teams delivering high quality front line domestic abuse services and has supported survivors to enable them to influence how such services are delivered. Sheila has been instrumental in developing a local Domestic Abuse Strategy & implementing a co-ordinated Community Response, working in partnership with both statutory and voluntary agencies.
Jodie Burling BSc (Hons) has 6 years experience of facilitating adult learning courses within the community. She is a qualified Tutor and Assessor with experience in delivering a wide range of subjects including; confidence, teaching qualifications, employability workshops and more recently, domestic abuse training. Jodie has a in Psychology degree with a keen interest in behaviours, confidence and self esteem building. Jodie has delivered Confidence Building community learning courses for Tools4change CIC across Chester and Ellesmere Port in partnership with Cheshire West and Chester Council.
