1-2-1 Gateway Programme Accredited Facilitator Training

Accredited 1-2-1 Gateway Programme Facilitator Training

Tools4change CIC recommends the group setting as the most effective way of raising awareness.  Gateway  sessions provide space for mutual support and shared learning. However, annual best practice reviews identified the need for 1-2-1 provision, The Gateway Programme has been adapted for those who cannot attend the group setting.

The 1-2-1 Gateway Facilitator Accreditation is achieved by:

  • having the required prerequisite domestic abuse awareness training

  • attending the two-day initial 1-2-1 Gateway Facilitator Training

  • collating portfolio evidence from facilitation of five 1-2-1 Gateway sessions

  • attending one assessment meeting to support Open Awards portfolio submission

Training dates can be found at https://www.tools4change.co.uk/accredited-1-2-1-gateway-programme-training-dates/

Training takes place at The Parade Enterprise Centre, Blacon, Chester CH1 5HN.
