Tools4change CIC has a specialist team of trainers/consultants with long term experience of working across the statutory and third sector in England and Wales.
Linda Davies BSc(Hons) has supported individuals who experience domestic abuse and trained front line workers for the past 18 years across the private, statutory, third sector. A qualified Trainer and Assessor specialising in accreditation of front-line staff to offer the Group and One to One Gateway Programme. All policy development, coordination, design and practitioner training is aligned with current NICE Domestic violence and abuse: multi-agency working guidelines PH50.
Sheila Brookes BA(Hons) has over 25 years experience working in a variety of roles in the field of domestic abuse. She has devised and delivered training and lectures in a range of workshop and conference settings, both nationally and locally. She has managed awarding winning teams delivering high quality front line domestic abuse services and supported those who have experienced abuse to enable them to influence how services are delivered. Sheila has been instrumental in developing a local Domestic Abuse Strategy & implementing a co-ordinated Community Response, working in partnership with both statutory and voluntary agencies.
Jodie Burling BSc (Hons) has 6 years experience of facilitating adult learning courses within the community. A qualified Tutor and Assessor with experience in delivering a wide range of subjects including; confidence, teaching qualifications, employability workshops and domestic abuse training. Jodie has a Psychology degree with a keen interest in behaviours, confidence and self esteem building. Jodie has delivered Confidence Building community learning courses for Tools4change CIC across Chester and Ellesmere Port in partnership with Cheshire West and Chester Council.
